Graduated from Frunze Agricultural Technical School (1973), Kurgan State Agricultural Institute (1981), postgraduate studies at the All-Russian Institute of Agricultural Sciences (Voronezh, 1987).
Worked as a senior laboratory assistant, assistant, head of the department, associate professor at Kurgan State Agricultural Institute, and since 2000 - professor at K.I. Skryabin Kazakh Agro Technical University.
Specialist in veterinary morphology of animals.
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 1 textbook, and 3 inventions.
Under his supervision, 1 candidate dissertation has been defended.
