Ukrainian. Born in Frunze.
Graduated from KSHI (1960).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, builder of a meteorological station and educational-production base of the institute, head of the department, dean, and vice-rector of KAA named after K.I. Skryabin.
Specialist in the field of agriculture, crop production, development, organization of R&D, education, and construction.
Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner, Great Patriotic War, Badge of Honor, and medals of the USSR.
Honored Worker of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic. Published over 90 scientific works, including 5 monographs.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations were defended.
