Graduated from the Geological Faculty of FPI (1962), Economic Faculty of KGU (1966). Worked as a geologist in the Geological Management, junior and senior research fellow, head of the sector at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the department at the State Planning Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, head of the department at the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, director of KyrgyzINTI, and since 1999 - professor at BGIEK.
Specialist in the field of economic problems of the placement of productive forces and scientific and technical potential.
Honored Worker of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1995).
Published more than 100 scientific works, including 5 monographs and 18 brochures.
Under his supervision, 1 doctoral and 7 candidate dissertations have been defended.
