Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Sary-Bulak, Suzak District, Jalal-Abad Region.
Graduated from KGU (1956), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1959).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of the department at Osh State University, dean of the Faculty of Engineering, head of the laboratory, deputy director of the Southern Scientific Center of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, director of the Institute for the Comprehensive Use of Natural Resources, deputy chairman of the Southern Regional Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at Osh Technical University, currently - vice president, chairman of the Southern Branch of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of physical chemistry and mechanics of dispersed systems.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 4 inventions.
Under his supervision, 3 candidate dissertations have been defended.
