Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Kara-Kulja, Kara-Kulja District, Osh Region of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Graduated from KSU (1970), and completed postgraduate studies there (1974).
Worked as a senior inspector in the Osh Regional Finance Department, teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, deputy dean of the Faculty of Economics at KSU, deputy of the Jalal-Abad Regional Council for two terms, and since 1993 has been the rector of the Jalal-Abad Commercial Institute.
Specialist in the field of economics and management of the national economy.
Awarded medals of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Published more than 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs, more than ten textbooks and teaching aids.
