Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Ak-Chiy, Kara-Buura District, Talas Region.
Graduated from FPI (1973), postgraduate studies at the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute (MADI) (1979), doctoral studies at the All-Union Research Institute of Transport Construction (Moscow, 1992).
Worked as a laborer in a state farm, a training master, an assistant at FPI, a trainee teacher at MADI, a senior lecturer, an associate professor at BPI, head of the department, dean, professor, and vice-rector for research at KGUSTA. Since 2000, he has been the director of the Institute of Applied Sciences and Ecology and head of the department at OshTU.
Specialist in the field of construction mechanization and road improvement.
Academician of the International Academy of Transport (1999).
Published more than 150 scientific works, including 5 monographs and 30 inventions.
Under his supervision, 10 candidate dissertations have been defended.
