Graduated from KGU (1975), postgraduate studies at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1979).
Worked as a junior, senior researcher, head of the department at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, associate professor, head of the department at KGNU, dean of the faculty at the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and since 1999 - deputy director of the Institute for the Integration of International Educational Programs at KGNU for academic affairs.
Specialist in the field of economics and management of the national economy.
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (1991).
Published more than 40 scientific works, including 8 monographs.
Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
