Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (1988), doctoral studies at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (1997).
Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology, associate professor at KGNU, senior and leading research fellow, head of the department at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, professor at KRSU, and since 2001 - senior research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of social philosophy, history of philosophy, and cultural studies.
Published over 50 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 1 textbook, and 12 brochures.
