Graduated from KSU (1978).
Worked as a mathematical engineer, senior mathematician-programmer, senior engineer-programmer, head of a group at the Republican Interuniversity Computing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, leading engineer, and since 1996 - head of the department at the Institute of Informatics and Information Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of numerical modeling of electric arc plasma flows.
Published over 50 scientific papers, including 2 monographs.
