Tatar. Born in Frunze.
Graduated from KGMI (1971), postgraduate studies at the D.I. Ivanovsky Institute of Virology, Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR (Moscow, 1976).
Worked as a junior research fellow at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Epidemiology, Microbiology, and Hygiene of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz SSR, a junior research fellow at the Research Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Ministry of Agriculture of the USSR, a junior research fellow at the Institute of Biophysics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, an assistant at KGMI, head of the laboratory at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology and the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Preventive Medicine and Medical Ecology, and since 2000 - head of the laboratory at the NPO "Preventive Medicine" of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Specialist in the field of virology and epidemiology.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 2 inventions.
