Graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University (Moscow, 1966), and completed postgraduate studies there (1970).
Worked as a factory worker, factory engineer, lecturer at the FPI, engineer at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, senior lecturer, associate professor, head of department, professor, and rector of the I. Razakov Kyrgyz Technical University.
Specialist in the field of automation in machine engineering.
Awarded the USSR medal (1981).
Published more than 150 scientific works, including a monograph, 38 inventions, and 2 patents.
Under his supervision, candidate dissertations have been defended.
