Russian. Born in the village of Kalikino, Alexandrovsky District, Orenburg Region, Russian Federation.
Graduated from Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation (1952), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Electronics of the USSR Academy of Sciences (Leningrad, 1956).
Worked as a hammerman at the Kyrgyz Geological Administration, junior researcher at the Institute of Water Management and Energy of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, head of the laboratory at the Institute of Automation of the Kyrgyz SSR Academy of Sciences, associate professor, senior researcher at the FPI, and since 1993 - professor at KTU.
Specialist in the field of telemechanics and communications. Awarded medals of the USSR.
Published over 100 scientific works, including 3 monographs.
