Graduated from the University of Vienna (1927).

Worked as a research fellow at the Communist Academy under the Central Executive Committee of the USSR, head of the department at TsAGI, head of the department at the Artillery Academy, professor at Moscow State University, head of the department at Kazan State University.

Specialist in the field of mathematics, mechanics, mathematical and theoretical physics.

Corresponding Member of the Artillery Academy of the USSR (1944).

Awarded the Euler Gold Medal.

Published over 100 scientific works, including 3 monographs and 1 textbook.

Under his supervision, doctoral and candidate dissertations were defended.
