Worked as Deputy Dean, Head of the Department at Andijan State Pedagogical Institute, Head of the Department, Dean of Andijan State University, Vice-Rector for Educational and Extracurricular Work at Osh Higher College, since 2000 - Head of the Department at Osh State University.
Specialist in the theory and history of pedagogy.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 1 monograph, 1 textbook, and 5 methodological recommendations.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
