Russian. Born in the city of Odessa.
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University (Moscow, 1949), and completed postgraduate studies there (1956).
Worked as a lecturer, senior lecturer, acting associate professor at KGU, associate professor at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, head of the sector and department at the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, currently - chief researcher.
Specialist in the field of political economy.
Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, medals of the USSR, and a Certificate of Honor from the Supreme Council of the Kirghiz SSR.
Published over 200 scientific works, including 15 monographs.
Under her supervision, 3 doctoral and 20 candidate dissertations have been defended.
