Russian. Born in the village of Predgornoye, East Kazakhstan region.
Graduated from KGMU (1979).
Worked as head of the district health department, head of the regional health department, chief physician of the city hospital, assistant at KGMU, chief obstetrician-gynecologist of the Ministry of Health of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the obstetrics department, and since 1991 - senior researcher at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Obstetrics and Pediatrics.
Specialist in the field of healthcare organization, obstetrics, and gynecology.
Awarded Honorary Certificates from the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR (1943, 1957), and medals of the USSR.
Published more than 80 scientific works, including 13 educational and methodological manuals.
Under her supervision, 5 candidate dissertations have been defended.
