Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Beysheke, Kara-Bulak rural council, Kemin district, Chui region.
Graduated from Kirgosped Institute, postgraduate studies at KGU.
Worked as a director of a secondary school, deputy director of a pedagogical college, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, head of the department, and dean at KGNU.
Specialist in the history of modern Kyrgyzstan.
Honored Figure of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic (1989).
Under his supervision, 10 candidate dissertations were defended.
