Kazakh. Born in the village of Kapal, Taldykorgan region of Kazakhstan.
Graduated from SAGA (1949).
Worked as a teacher, lecturer, associate professor, dean, and since 1969 - head of the department, professor at KGNU.
Specialist in the history of socio-political thought and the methodology of teaching history.
Awarded the Order of the Patriotic War I degree and medals of the USSR.
Honored Teacher of the KR (1993).
Published over 150 scientific works, including 5 monographs and 8 textbooks and teaching aids.
Under his supervision, 6 candidate dissertations have been defended.
