Graduated from KGMI (1986), clinical residency at the Research Institute of Medical Radiology of the USSR Academy of Medical Sciences (Obninsk, 1988).
Worked as a junior researcher, senior researcher, head of department, deputy director for science, and acting director of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Oncology and Radiology; since 2000 - deputy general director for science at the National Center of Oncology.
Specialist in the field of oncology, radiology, head and neck surgery.
Published more than 40 scientific works.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
