Graduated from KGU (1984), postgraduate studies at LGU (Leningrad, 1987).
Worked as the head of the psychology department at KGNU, and since 1997 - the first vice-rector, vice-rector for academic affairs at the Kyrgyz-Russian Academy of Education.
Specialist in the field of social psychology. Academician of the Academy of Pedagogical and Social Sciences of the Russian Federation (1999).
Published over 60 scientific works, including 2 monographs and 3 educational-methodical manuals.
Under her supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
