Tatar. Born in Frunze.
Graduated from KGU (1962), postgraduate studies at FPI (1965).
Worked as a shift thermal engineer at a sugar factory (Spitak, Armenian SSR), foreman at the Belovodsk sugar factory, lecturer at FPI, senior engineer, junior, senior, and chief research fellow at IFM of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, professor at KASI, and since 1996 - professor at KRSU.
Specialist in the application of methods of mathematical physics to unsteady problems in the mechanics of continuous media.
Published more than 50 scientific works.
Under his supervision, 2 candidate dissertations have been defended.
