Graduated from KSU (1972), postgraduate studies at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR (1979).
Worked as a teacher, senior teacher at PGPI, engineer, senior laboratory assistant, senior engineer, junior researcher at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, head of the department, associate professor at PGPI, dean, and since 2001 - professor at ISU.
Specialist in the field of solid-state physics.
Awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kyrgyz Republic (2000).
Published more than 120 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 6 textbooks.
