Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Chon-Aryk, Chui region.
Graduated from the Moscow Textile Institute (1959).
Worked as a junior and senior research associate, head of the laboratory, director of the Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR, head of the department of the Committee on Science and New Technologies of KR, and since 1999 - head of the department of the State Agency for Science and Intellectual Property under the Government of the KR (Kyrgyzpatent).
Specialist in the field of chemistry of high molecular compounds.
Awarded medals of the USSR, Honorary Certificates of the Supreme Soviet of the Kirghiz SSR.
Published more than 170 scientific works, including 4 monographs and 13 author certificates.
Under her supervision, 1 doctoral and 8 candidate dissertations have been defended.
