Russian. Born in the Vladimir region.

Graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute (1929).

Worked at the Leningrad Instrument-Making Plant as a research associate, head of the sector, head of the laboratory of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, director of the Institute of Machines and Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR, head of the department at the Moscow Institute of Energy, director of the Institute of Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Kirghiz SSR.

Specialist in the field of instrument engineering, measurement technology, and automation.

Awarded the Orders of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, and medals of the USSR.

Published more than 100 scientific works.

Main works:

1. Application of nuclear radiation in automatic control devices for technological processes (co-authored). State Energy Publishing House, 1958.
