Worked as a scientific editor, senior scientific editor, head of the editorial office of the Main Editorial Board of the KSE, engineer, senior engineer of the laboratory at KSU, teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department, vice-rector for educational work at KAA, since 2001 - acting professor at KGNU.
Specialist in the field of social philosophy. Member of three republican NGOs: "Center for Women's Assistance," "Women in Development," "Ene."
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 4 monographs and several brochures.
