Worked as a teacher, senior teacher, associate professor, head of the department at KGU, head of the department at the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR, vice-rector of KGNU, and since 1994 - vice-rector for international relations at BGU. Specialist in the field of cultural studies.
Published more than 40 scientific works, including 6 monographs.
