Kyrgyz. Born in the village of Uch-Terek, Jalpak-Tash rural district, Uzgen district, Osh region.
Graduated from KGMI (1985), and completed clinical residency and postgraduate studies there (1990).
Worked as a laborer in a state farm, nurse at RKB, head of the department at the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, assistant at KGMA, head of the department at Osh Regional Clinical Hospital, and since 2001 - head of the department at Osh State University.
Specialist in the field of urology.
Member of the World Urological Society.
Published more than 60 scientific works, including 1 monograph and 2 inventions.
