Born in the village of Sary-Kamysh, Jumgal District, Tian Shan Region.
Graduated from Moscow Medical Institute (1933).
Worked as the chief physician of district, regional, and city hospitals, chief surgeon of a medical battalion and regiment, Deputy Minister, Minister of Health of the Kirghiz SSR, and head of the Department of Hospital Surgery at KGMI.
Specialist in military and burn surgery, gastrointestinal surgery.
Awarded the Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Great Patriotic War, and medals of the USSR.
Honored Doctor of the Kirghiz SSR (1949).
