Praise be to the hands that smell of bread! For more than 45 years, Roza Abdrakhmanova has been engaged in one of the most important and kindest professions on Earth. Starting her career at a bread factory, she rose from a shift technologist to the general director of the Republican Production Association of the Bakery Industry, which includes 15 enterprises.
A skilled engineer with over twenty innovative proposals, Roza Abdrakhmanova placed great importance on introducing new technology into the production process, progressive technology, expanding the range, and improving the quality of the products produced.
Gingerbread, cookies, toy-boorsoks, cakes, and pastries from this association never lingered on store shelves. Bread products baked according to R. Abdrakhmanova's recipes were especially popular.
Colleagues note Roza's businesslike demeanor and composure, high professionalism and competence, and her demanding nature, which is combined with a sensitive attitude towards people, earning her love and respect in return.
For her significant labor achievements, Roza Abdrakhmanova has been repeatedly recognized with government awards. In 2000, for her outstanding contribution to the development of industry, social stability in society, and the upbringing of a generation of leaders, she was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Even after retiring, R. Abdrakhmanova did not abandon her life's work, creating the production enterprise "Churok-Nan" for the production of original flour products.
Always responsive to the troubles of others and feeling the pain of others with her heart, Roza Abdrakhmanova provides material support to the disabled, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, low-income individuals, and orphans.
