A young student of a seller, she enrolled in the Faculty of Economics at Kyrgyz State University. She became a commodity expert and then the head of the management of the Osh Regional Consumer Union.
During the period of socio-economic reforms, Abdurassulova repeatedly started businesses from scratch. She took the risk of opening one of the first multi-profile firms in Kyrgyzstan, "Salamalik." In search of profitable goods, she reached the USA. She experienced both success and bankruptcy, and learned a lot while collaborating with foreign investors and local partners. The more difficult it became, the more perseverance and energy Tajinis discovered within herself.
Appreciating these qualities, the board of the Osh Regional Consumer Union approached Abdurassulova with a proposal to "rescue" a debt-ridden procurement office in the Naukatsky district. A negative balance and empty warehouse spaces were the "inheritance" accepted by Abdurassulova. However, soon in the premises of the sewing factory purchased at auction, with the participation of Russian and Turkish partners, a tobacco fermentation production was created, and two and a half thousand tons of tobacco intended for export were concentrated there.
Within the framework of the PESAK program, a semi-destroyed mine "Uluu-To" with metallurgical production was purchased near the Khaydarkan mercury plant, which was restored in a year and a half, where 15 tons of mercury were obtained (1998-1999). Now, they are ready to process mercury-containing sludges here. Meanwhile, a plant for the production of refractory bricks with a capacity of 5,000 tons per year has been built in the nearby area, which provides quality products for the construction industry of the country.
In recent years, Abdurassulova has created thousands of new jobs. And people have again placed their trust in their compatriot: she was elected as a deputy of the lower house of parliament - the Legislative Assembly. She is a member of the budget, social, customs committees, and the committee on international relations, as well as the chairperson of the Center for Parliamentarism and Legislation of the ZS JK. She headed the commission on pricing for agricultural products, a problem that concerns farmers during the formation of market mechanisms, and the interdepartmental commission for preparing the law on property valuation. At the initiative of TA Abdurassulova, the Central Asian Economic Forum was held in Osh - the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan - which was supported by President A.A. Akayev.
As a deputy, Tajinis Abdurassulova considers it her duty primarily to improve legislation in the socio-economic sphere. The law on internal migration, initiated and developed by Abdurassulova and adopted by parliament in 2002, was recognized as a model law in the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Community. It regulates social processes dictated by life itself. Next in line is the development of a law on external labor migration, which should protect the interests of labor migrants, as well as residents of border areas and foreign enclaves of Kyrgyzstan. There have also been moments in political and social practice when it was precisely a female deputy who, in accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the wise ancient law of the mountains, acted with a humanitarian mission.
Tajinis Abdurassulova believes that the driving force behind modern reforms can only be a high personal responsibility for the chosen cause.
