Poet N. Kanarov was born on March 4, 1957, in the village of Tegirmenti, Kemin District, Kyrgyz SSR, in a peasant family. In 1975, he graduated from high school in his native village, and in 1980, he completed the journalism department of the philological faculty of KSU named after the 50th anniversary of the USSR.He began his career in 1980 as a correspondent for the newspaper "Leiinchil Zhas." Currently, he is the head of the department at the editorial office of this newspaper.
He has been publishing since 1973. His first poetry collection "Tamizgy" ("Sparks") was published in 1986.
N. Kaparov's poems have been published in the almanacs "Uchkun," "Jalyn," and in many collective collections.
He has been a member of the Union of Soviet Writers since 1986.
