
In 1950, he graduated from high school in his native village and began his working career as a typesetter at the Naryn regional printing house.
From 1954 to 1957, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
Since 1957, he worked in the Naryn City Executive Committee, and from 1958, he served as an assistant to the head of the Tien Shan regional military enlistment office. He is currently engaged in creative work. He is a first-group disabled person.
He has been published since 1966. His first poetry collection "Turmush kayryktary" ("Life Motifs") was published in 1970. He is the author of ten poetry collections. Individual poems by the poet have been published in Russian.
A member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1955, and a member of the Union of Soviet Writers since 1972.
