
He began his labor biography in 1958 as a blacksmith in the collective farm named after V. I. Lenin in the Jumgal District. From 1963, he worked as an inspector in the Kochkor District Department of Culture, and from 1965, he served as the director of the House of Culture in the Kochkor District. From 1971 to 1977, he was the director of the Jumgal People’s Theater, where he created the folklore ensemble "Bekbekey," and from 1984, he served as the artistic director and director of this ensemble. From 1977 to 1984, he worked in print media in Frunze.
He has been published since 1963. His first poetry collection "Kadam" ("Steps") was published in 1972. He is the author of several novellas, short stories, plays, and a script for the people's theater.
A member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union since 1968 and a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR since 1979.
