RULES OF DECENCY IN RELATIONSHIPS WITH LIVING NATURE

If you didn't grow it, don't take it from nature. The collection of wildflowers has led to the depletion of the surroundings of populated areas. Motorization makes even the most remote corners of nature accessible. Picking wildflowers and catching or destroying other wildlife demonstrates ignorance, foolish arrogance, and irresponsibility.

A decent person would not allow themselves to leave trash, break branches, make noise with songs, screams, music, light fires, or do other unpleasant things in nature. A decent person respects all living beings and does not dare to harm or disturb them.

Do not stray from the path. You came to rest, but they live here. It will be unpleasant for you when rude revelers break into your home from the street, scare your children, and break your furniture. Put yourself in the place of the animals and birds, who already have less and less space for a normal life.

Any benefit, any pleasure at the expense of destroying nature is immoral.

If you have taken space from the wild for fields, housing, enterprises, roads, and other needs, then restore natural ecosystems, especially forests, enough to cover the ecological damage caused.

An obsession with punishment at the expense of creation is a vicious path in the preservation of nature. It is useless and foolish to do a lot and achieve nothing positive.

An achievement is only an achievement when the problem that the action was directed at is resolved, closed, or disappears. "They prepared lunch for us. We've been waiting for lunch for many years."

TO HARMONY WITH NATURE

Animal behavior is determined by a sum of instincts. Human behavior is determined by a way of life. And often, the way of life becomes almost more conservative than instincts. However, while the stability of instincts is justified by the stability of the animals' habitat, the conservativeness of human lifestyle in rapidly changing living conditions can play a cruel joke on them.

For animals, the habitat within the ecosystem does not change for thousands of years. For humans, living conditions can change radically in just a few decades. The reason for such radical changes is human activity, which has had a contradictory nature throughout human history. However, the scientific and technological revolution has multiplied the negative consequences, especially concerning nature. Dead technology triumphs over living nature, simplifies perception and the spiritual world of people, and atomizes society. The current situation requires a reassessment of evaluations and approaches concerning almost all aspects of lifestyle. But lifestyle triumphs over reason.

No matter what anyone says, Kyrgyzstan as a country has sufficient natural and human resources for a prosperous life. But on the way to this prosperous life stands a way of life that has become so habitual that it seems the only possible and irreplaceable one. It must be acknowledged that the main features of the dominant way of life have become passivity, irresponsibility, lack of initiative, freeloading, individual and group egoism, narrow-mindedness, indifference, ignorance, apathy, envy, preference for material interests over spiritual and intellectual ones, a low level of culture and morality, and shifting one’s problems onto others. And these traits cannot be hidden behind hysterical claims of one’s exclusivity.

True dignity of a person lies not in belittling the merits of others, nor in neglecting others, but in the readiness to work for the common good. And this good cannot be obtained by taking it away from others - from other people and other living beings.

Society and the state will not be able to heal from their ailments and find the right path to a bright future if they do not make cooperation and mutual support their main principle of existence, both among people and between people and nature, and if they do not make high culture their main guideline in defining values.

By rejecting selfish and limited "values" of consumer society, we should grow into a society of universal harmony, where everyone will be useful and necessary to each other, and all together will be in friendly relations with living nature.
