Status: EN. It is a rare species with a limited area and can easily become extinct under possible anthropogenic influence. The species is endemic to Susamyr (southern macroslope), Kavak-Too, Kokerim, and Moldo-Too Mountain Ranges and inhabits rocky clefts and stony slopes. The population is small: all populations are not numerous. Data on biology and cultivation are absent, and limiting factors are undetermined. At present, it is not under any protection. It is recommended to create a botanical wildlife area on the southern slope of the Susamyr Mountain Range for the conservation of this species and its appropriate habitats.
