The third International Festival "Open Issyk-Kul" will take place in Kyrgyzstan.

Project GoalTo conduct a series of scientific, educational, sports, entertainment, and cultural events aimed at patriotic education of the younger generation, in honor of veterans — winners of the Great Patriotic War “The memory of generations is stronger than time.”

Order and conditions for holding the Festival
Delegations from CIS and Baltic countries (15 delegations), as well as from the anti-Hitler coalition countries (United Kingdom, China, USA, France) are invited to participate in the Festival with a composition of 6 representatives: (leader or representatives of the veterans' organization – 3 persons, students (boys and girls) aged 15-17 years — 3 persons.
Festival participants are registered based on submitted applications, according to the developed regulations.The invited party – a participant in the festival takes on the obligations to cover expenses related to the travel of delegation participants and their luggage to Bishkek and back, insurance, and entry visas if necessary. The hosting party assumes obligations for transportation to the festival venue and back, as well as accommodation and meals for the declared participants during the festival period.
