Regulations for the Third Festival "Red Apple".
The organization, conditions, dates, and procedure for holding the festival, selection criteria, and awarding of participants,
as well as the composition of the jury, are determined by the festival organizers – the leadership of the NGO "MTS 'Yunona ProMedia'"
and are regulated by the following Regulations.
1. Goals and objectives of the festival:
popularization and promotion of author’s song;
assistance in realizing the creative potential of authors-performers;
promotion of a healthy lifestyle and active civic position;
education of youth and preservation of cultural traditions;
uniting people of creative professions;
forming a positive image of the country.
2. Time and place: August 22-23, 2015; recreation base "".
3. Requirements for participants: age - no restrictions; citizenship - any.
4. Conditions for contestants: application for participation (completed questionnaire);
submission of the text or audio recording of their song (listening may be required);
registration as a participant by August 18, 2015.
Laureates of the "Red Apple" festivals in 2013 and 2014 are exempt from the listening.
Additional conditions:
all participants and contestants must maintain public order and
safety measures during the festival.
organizers have the right to prohibit participation in the festival for individuals who violate moral and ethical norms of behavior;
contestants in the "Author-Performer" nomination using someone else's copyrighted works may be disqualified;
participants who have not registered are not allowed to participate in the festival.
Prohibited:
to use backing tracks;
to engage in trade, as well as to place advertising materials on the festival grounds
without written permission from the organizers (except for partners);
to bring and consume alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks during the festival;
to drive a car onto the territory of the recreation base and tent camp;
to cut down trees and shrubs.
