Date of the Competition: October 11, 2015.
Location of the Competition: Chui Region, Bypass Road from 9 km to 21.5 km (Kant Traffic Light).

Participants must be at least 18 years old, or 16 years old with written permission from parents or legal guardians.
All participants on road, fixed-gear, and hybrid bicycles (28 inches) fall into the ROAD category.
The MTB-amateurs and MTB-elite categories include all participants on MTBs with wheel diameters (26, 27.5, and 29).
Exception: In the girls' category, bicycles of any wheel diameter are allowed.
Wearing a HELMET is mandatory!!!

Entry fee is 500 som, for the MASTERS category 200 som.
The individual cycling race is 25 km with a staggered start at 30-second intervals. The start order is strictly according to the starting protocol. Movement is on the right side of the road. Leading is strictly prohibited! According to the rules, the distance between participants must be at least 10 meters. Overtaking must be completed within 1 minute. Movement in 2 rows and pairs is prohibited!
Competition Program:

09:00 – 10:00 - registration of participants;
10:10 – 12:00 – conduct of the competition;
12:20 – 13:00 – summarizing the results of the competition, preparing awards;
13:00 – 13:30 – awarding winners and prize-winners, ceremonial closing;

Regulations for the individual time trial with staggered start for 25 km (road and MTB)
“Open Championship of Bishkek City”.

1. Objectives and Tasks
1.1. The objectives and tasks of the Competition are:
- popularization of cycling and tourism in Kyrgyzstan;
- attracting youth to cycling;
- promoting a healthy lifestyle among youth;
- strengthening diverse contacts between various youth teams, groups, and individual participants.

2. Organizers
2.1. The organizers of the Competition are:
- Non-profit public organization “Cycling Development Fund”;
- Triathlon Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic
- Cycling club "Golden Wheels"
- Mountain biking federation of Kyrgyzstan
2.2. Co-organizers of the Competition may include government bodies and public organizations of all levels, legal and physical persons financing the Competition, as well as providing organizational, informational, and intellectual support to the organizers of the Competition.

3. Dates and Location
3.1. Date of the Competition: October 11, 2015.
3.2. Location of the Competition: Chui Region, Bypass Road from 9 km to 21.5 km (Kant Traffic Light).

4. Registration
4.1. Registration via the link, please provide full name, age, and category; http://diesel.elcat.kg/index.php?showtopic=150407053
4.2. Upon registration, the participant personally fills out the registration form, signs a waiver-statement, and pays the entry fee of 500 som. The participant receives a start number, confirming payment of the entry fee and granting the right to start.

5. Competition Procedure
5.1. The Competition is open to pre-registered individual racers in any of the 5 categories. Participants must be at least 16 years old, or 16 years old with written permission from parents or legal guardians.
5.2. Participants are allowed to compete with a road or individual bicycle (28 inches) and a mountain bike with wheel diameters (26, 27.5, or 29 inches) of any model, a bicycle helmet, and an identity document (passport, birth certificate). Exception: In the girls' category, bicycles of any wheel diameter are allowed. All participants are also recommended to use additional protection for legs and arms (knee pads, elbow pads).
5.3. Each cyclist is personally responsible for their health, the technical condition of their bicycle, and the adequacy of their actions throughout the distance, as reflected in the waiver they sign.
5.4. The individual cycling race is 25 km with a staggered start at 30-second intervals. The start order is strictly according to the starting protocol. Movement is on the right side of the road. Leading is strictly prohibited! According to the rules, the distance between participants must be at least 10 meters. Overtaking must be completed within 1 minute. Movement in 2 rows and pairs is prohibited!
5.5. The organizers reserve the right to disallow a participant whose bicycle does not meet generally accepted standards.
5.6. The organizers have the right to transfer a racer to another category or disallow them from starting without explanation.
5.7. Competition Program:

13:00 – 13:30 – awarding winners and prize-winners, ceremonial closing;
5.8. The competition is held in five categories:
Road Category:
Elite 16 - 39 years
Masters 40 and older
MTB Category:
Elite - no age limit
Amateurs - no age limit
Girls Category - no age limit
5.9. A refreshment point will be located at the start.

6. Management of the Competition
6.1. Overall management of the preparation and conduct of the competition is carried out by the Cycling Development Fund.
6.2. Chief Judge - Dyadichkin Nikolai Pavlovich.

7. Determining Winners and Awards
7.1. Results of the competition and awards are presented at the end of the competition at the venue. The top 3 places in each category are awarded.
7.2. Winners and prize-winners in each of the 5 categories are determined by the order of crossing the finish line after completing the entire race distance.
7.3. Prize-winners are awarded diplomas according to their chosen category and place.

8. Final Provisions
8.1. The founders of the competition have the right to make operational changes to the program, with appropriate notification to all official participants.
8.2. All disputed and conflict situations arising during the competition are resolved by the chief judge and participants no later than 30 minutes after the end of the race.
