Innovations in the HoReCa Sector. Practical Conference.The next exhibition-conference will take place on May 30, 2014, at the restaurant "Altyn-Kazyna." The theme of our exhibition-conference is "Innovations in the HoReCa Sector." This large-scale event plans to gather more than 300 participants in one venue: owners and managing managers of hospitality and restaurant businesses, service providers and solutions for the HoReCa market, leading experts, consultants, and market analysts, as well as representatives of business and specialized media. The organizer of the exhibition-conference is the magazine "HoReCa Kyrgyzstan."
The exhibition-conference has a practical, applied nature and will serve as a meeting place for industry colleagues to share problems, experiences, and solutions in a relaxed atmosphere, agree on cooperation, and joint projects.
The guest of the conference will be Nikolai Sarychev – a world-class chef, member of the Spanish Association of Chefs, member of the National Guild of Chefs, member of the Moscow Association of Cooks, member of the Association of Cooks of Russia, and member of the World Association of Cooks.
Nikolai Sarychev has extensive experience in Italian (homemade pasta, pizza, risotto), European cuisine, knowledge of beer cuisine, bread baking, and opening a restaurant from scratch. He develops and enhances the overall gastronomic concept of the establishment, practically works on and implements new dishes into the menu, develops production, introduces progressive training methods and service forms, manages accounting, and prepares technological regulatory documentation. He follows trendy culinary trends, corporate catering, themed banquets, and VIP service. He is a specialist in preparing game meat and is skilled in making various infusions, including mead and horseradish vodka.
He has been published in several Russian magazines, such as: "Pro Kukhnya," "Chef Art," "Culinary Practicum," "Shape Menu," "Samaya MINI," "Cosmopolitan," "Zdorovye ot Prirody," co-author of the book "Desserts" (restaurant news), "Peak Season," "Metro Menu," "Line of Taste," "Bread & Salt," "Gastronomy," "Modern Restaurant," "Restaurateur." Co-author of the book "100 Best Recipes" (Metro SS).
He has been the leading master of workshops at exhibitions: PIR-2010 - "Italian Forum," World of Restaurants 2011 - "Italian Cuisine with a Russian Soul," PIR-2011 - "Using Traditional Russian Products in Fusion Style Dishes. He hosts various master classes and television programs on: Channel 1, TNT, Russia-2, Kitchen TV, CTC, TVC, Ren TV, and so on.
He will participate in a one-hour seminar on "The Latest Innovations in Global Gastronomy! From Equipment and Inventory to Exclusive Products." It is worth noting that the buffet at the exhibition-conference will be prepared personally by Nikolai Sarychev.
The rich business program also includes a mini-exhibition, where experts and solution providers can visually present their solutions to market participants.
