On March 10, 2019, a concert dedicated to the memory of the legendary rock musician Viktor Tsoi, the founder and leader of the rock band "Kino," will take place at the Koyomkul Sports Palace, where he sang, played guitar, and wrote music and lyrics. The songs of Viktor Tsoi will be performed by the State Philharmonic Orchestra of Kyrgyzstan, with the unwavering guitarist of "KINO," Yuri Kasparyan, soloing on guitar.
