The weekends are barely enough to spend time with loved ones and indulge in well-deserved rest, not to mention any cultural enlightenment. Art galleries, like most other organizations in the city, operate on a regular schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, so even the biggest art enthusiasts often struggle to find time to visit an exhibition or take a stroll through a museum.
With its new project, 12 Restaurant, in collaboration with Julia Kudaibergenova, an independent art manager, offers busy professionals the opportunity to enrich themselves culturally at a convenient time free from work.
"12 Gallery" is the name of the new series of exhibitions at 12 Restaurant. The goal of the project is to introduce restaurant clients to the works of contemporary artists from Kyrgyzstan.
The main feature of the project is the opportunity to see the paintings up close in a comfortable setting with impeccable interior, creating a sense of a "living gallery," as well as to savor exquisite dishes from the chef's signature cuisine at 12 Restaurant.
The first participant in the project will be Talaybek Usubaliev, the chairman of the Union of Artists, whose work is infused with an inexhaustible love for his native nature.
Usubaliev's interest in the beauty of his homeland, which emerged in the early years of his creative journey, is still evident in his descriptions of wild, pristine, untouched nature.
"12 Gallery" will allow everyone to appreciate the original artworks of T. Usubaliev, to which the artist has a special affection. Guests of the evening will not only enjoy the artistic atmosphere but also have the opportunity to purchase the paintings they like.
