Kyrgyz Strongman Nurlan Alisherov
Nurlan Alisherov became famous literally thanks to his head: he can drive nails with his forehead, pull them out with his teeth, lift weights by clenching them in his jaws, and move trucks. The unusual abilities were discovered six years ago when he saw a hero from Kyrgyz epic in a dream. Before that, he had never engaged in sports.
The uniqueness of this story is further emphasized by the fact that Nurlan Alisherov is a third-group disabled person — in his youth, one of his kidneys was removed. Moreover, he used his gift for a long time to raise funds to pay for the treatment of his wife, who lost her sight.
A farmer from Talas, Nurlan Alisherov gained wide recognition in his country and beyond thanks to his teeth. At first glance, Nurlan's teeth do not differ much from ordinary human teeth, but what makes them unique is the loads they can withstand. Among his compatriots, he is known by the nickname Tashchaynar, which translates to "Steel Jaws" in Russian.
To confirm that such a nickname is well-deserved, it is enough to list a few of Alisherov's achievements. First, he managed to pull a twelve-ton bus over 30 meters using his teeth, and then he did the same with a small airplane. In just one and a half minutes, he cracked 50 walnuts, and in 60 seconds, he pulled out 20 nails driven into a board with his teeth. The achievements of the strongman from Kyrgyzstan do not stop there. The strength of his teeth is such that Nurlan can easily lift a stool with a woman sitting on it and carry it several dozen meters without using his hands. He can tear two galvanized metal sheets, each 0.3 millimeters thick, in succession with his teeth. His latest achievement is that at Manas Airport, he pulled a 24-ton An-24 airplane with his teeth for 4 meters. Additionally, he was able to move a 37-ton Tu-134 airplane by 20 centimeters.
Doctors and dentists claim that Nurlan surely has very strong chewing muscles and sturdy teeth, but it cannot be definitively said what allows him to perform such incredible feats — this phenomenon still needs to be studied. Nurlan himself, while appearing on a television show, stated that throughout all this time, not a single one of his teeth has been damaged.
