Ivan Neumyvakin

Born on July 7, 1928, in the Kirghiz ASSR (Republic of Kyrgyzstan).

Ivan Pavlovich Neumyvakin is a Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Laureate of the State Prize, and a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. He is the author of over 200 scientific works, a distinguished inventor with 85 patents, and has written about 40 popular books. Since 1990, he has been engaged in folk healing and has developed his own health improvement system. He currently heads a private clinic – a Medical and Preventive Center.

In 1959, a recruitment was underway among military doctors for the Institute of Space Medicine. Only 14 specialists were selected from across the country, including Ivan Neumyvakin. The scientist's biography was enriched with 30 years of interesting and useful work for the benefit of the space industry. During these years, he practically created space medicine, inventing many new methods and devices in the process.

Boris Safarovich Ebzeev is the head of the Department of Human Rights and Constitutional Justice at the SGAAP, Doctor of Law, Professor, member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, retired judge of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Her father, Yakov Artemyevich Velichko, had noble roots, played many musical instruments, and in 1917 was a young musician in the ship orchestra of the famous cruiser "Aurora." He later conducted and taught at wind orchestra courses. Her mother, Elizaveta Ustinovna Velichko, studied at the Moscow Conservatory and had a beautiful voice.

Her mother ended up in Frunze in exile after the arrest of her first husband, an engineer. There she married Natalia's father. When Natalia was 7 years old, the family moved to Moscow. They lived in the Warsaw Highway area. Her mother worked in the theater, sang on the radio, and was involved in copying musical scores. She started music at the age of five. She attended a music school, and then she was sent to the Stasov School, to the teacher Irina Mechislavovna Amirova.

She did not plan to become an actress. After finishing school, she entered the Moscow Conducting and Choral College, which she graduated from in 1961 with a degree in "choir conductor." She unexpectedly found herself in the acting profession. A friend of hers had a sister who worked in a photo lab at VGIK. She was the first to notice Natalia's appearance, saying, "Natasha, I like your face. Maybe we should take some pictures of you?" They did a photo shoot and sent the pictures to VGIK. From 1965 to 1992, she was an actress at the Studio Theater of the Film Actor. She made her screen debut in 1963 in the social drama "Silence" by Vladimir Basov. She played Asya Vokhminseva, the sister of the main character. "Silence" won the Grand Prize at the 1st All-Union Film Festival in Leningrad in 1964. The film also became one of the leaders in box office. Natalia Velichko was suddenly catapulted to all-Union fame. She traveled to many different countries with the film.

In 1965, she played the lead role in the film "Friends and Years" (Lyudmila Pecherskaya). In the same year, another film was released in which the actress played the main character - the Soviet-French film "Third Youth." She played the wife of Marius Petipa - the famous Russian ballerina Mashenka Surovshikova. In the film, she starred alongside such masters as Nikolai Cherkasov and Oleg Strizhenov. The screenplay was written by Alexander Galich, who later wrote an article about the actress titled "Wonderful Incarnation."

Then came roles in the films "Four Pages of One Young Life" (Liza), "Nikolai Bauman" (Nina), "Shield and Sword" (Elza), "It Happened in Intelligence" (Olya), "The Theft" (Nina), "Hello, Good Man" (Olga), "Because I Love" (Katya Shelest), "On the Night of the New Moon" (Natasha Korableva), and others.

In 1978, she played the lead role in the adventure drama "Diamond Trail" (Nadezhda Tsvetkova).

In 1979, she graduated from the directing department of VGIK, workshop of A. B. Stolper. Her diploma film, "Liquidation Service," was based on a story by Robert Sheckley.

In 1983, she directed the film "Hurricane Comes Unexpectedly," based on a play by Anatoly Sofronov.

In the 1980s, she acted little. From 1991 to 2005, she did not appear on screen. In 2005, she played a cameo in the series "Hunting for the Roebuck." In 2014, the actress was diagnosed with cancer. Before that, she was prescribed a medication that she took for three consecutive years, which was not advisable. Against this background, Velichko developed stomach cancer. She was fortunate that the disease was detected at an early stage, surgery was performed, and she was cured. She suffered from diabetes, which nearly blinded her, and polyarthritis, making it difficult for her to move. She left her three-room apartment only to go to the hospital.

She died on May 21, 2022, in Moscow.


Yuldashev, Alexander Yuryevich

Russian military leader. Commander of troops and forces in the northeast of Russia. Vice Admiral. Previously served as Chief of Staff - First Deputy Commander of the Submarine Forces of the Pacific Fleet. Holds a scientific degree of "Candidate of Technical Sciences."

Alexander Yuldashev was born on May 12, 1967, in the city of Osh, Kyrgyz Republic. He was raised in a military family. Yuldashev Sr. served in the Ground Forces. Although his parents did not particularly approve of his choice, they respected his decision. After school, Alexander easily entered the radio communications faculty of the Kaliningrad Higher Naval School.

In 1989, he graduated from the communications faculty of the Kaliningrad Higher Naval School. He then underwent training at the Higher Special Officer Classes of the Navy (St. Petersburg). In 2000, he graduated from the Admiral N. G. Kuznetsov Naval Academy (St. Petersburg), and in 2015, from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Moscow (with honors).

After graduation, he was assigned to the Northern Fleet (NF) in the 11th Submarine Division (base point Western Litsa, Murmansk Region), serving on the nuclear submarine K-173 "Krasnoyarsk" of project 949A "Antey." In 1991 and 1993, he made transitions under the Arctic ice from the north to the Pacific Fleet. He then served as assistant and senior assistant to the commander of submarines, serving on submarines of projects 671RTM and 949A.

In 2015, he was appointed deputy commander of the Kola Flotilla of Diverse Forces of the Northern Fleet under Rear Admiral Oleg Golubev.

From November 2015 to January 2016, he commanded a group of ships of the Pacific Fleet, consisting of the missile cruiser "Varyag," the destroyer "Bystrovy," the tanker "Boris Butoma," and the rescue tug "Alatau." The group represented Russia in the maritime phase of the joint Russian-Indian military exercises "Indra-2015" in the Indian Ocean.

In 2016-2018, Alexander Yuldashev served as Chief of Staff - First Deputy Commander of the Submarine Forces of the Pacific Fleet under Rear Admiral Sergey Rekish.

On January 29, 2018, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin appointed Rear Admiral Alexander Yuldashev as Commander of Troops and Forces in the Northeast of Russia.

By decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on December 10, 2020, the commander of troops and forces in the northeast of Russia Alexander Yuldashev was awarded the title of Vice Admiral.
