It should be noted that in 2023, a ban was introduced in Kyrgyzstan on the production and import of beer that does not have an excise tax label according to the TNVED code 2203, and the circulation of all unmarked beer products on the territory of the country was also prohibited. In turn, in 2022, a 100% state monopoly was established on the production, import, storage, and sale of ethyl alcohol.
