The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry intends to implement a pilot project aimed at stabilizing meat prices and developing meat livestock farming. This was stated by Mukhtar Chynaliev, the director of the Department of Food Processing Industry and Organic Agriculture, during a broadcast on "Birinchi Radio."

As Chynaliev noted, the project is focused on ensuring food security in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The launch of the pilot program is planned in Bishkek and the Chui region. If this stage is successfully completed, the project will be expanded to other regions of the country.

1.5 billion soms have been allocated for the implementation of this initiative, which will be directed towards the creation of ten production clusters in the livestock sector. The project involves a full production cycle, including livestock fattening, slaughtering, meat cooling, packaging, and selling finished products.

To participate in the pilot, entrepreneurs must unite and distribute functions among themselves.
