In Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce has initiated a public discussion of a draft law that proposes amendments to a number of legislative acts concerning the regulation of limited liability companies (LLCs). This was reported on the official website of the ministry.
The State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers is the main initiator of these amendments.
The goals of the new draft law include creating a more transparent and fair business environment, preventing abuses by limited liability companies (LLCs), and ensuring proper fulfillment of tax obligations.
Additionally, the draft law aims to improve the balance between private and public interests, implement state policy on the digitalization of tax processes, enhance tax administration, and reduce the shadow economy.
The draft law is available for review on the Unified Portal for Public Discussion of Regulatory Acts "Koom talkuu".
