The best distance learning depends on the creativity and advancement of the instructors themselves. Many studies indicate that new technologies are not as significant and advantageous compared to the old ones. Instructors need to be trained not only in how to use technology but also in finding easier and more effective ways to organize and convey material.
And what about the learners themselves? Not all students are suited to this method of learning, and not all subjects are easily taught in this way. When it comes to students pursuing higher education, some difficulties arise, such as the challenge of adapting to working in teams, as they are simply not used to it. However, when it comes to training, additional courses, or the next step in their higher education, these issues are simply filtered out and further increase the significance of the existing advantages of distance learning.
Improvements are needed, but in any case, the future of distance education looks bright. The growing number of students opting for distance learning underscores the importance of this educational system.
