The modeling business is an exciting hobby for her. However, she has quite a few awards in this field: "Miss Ala-Too Persia-2013," top-5 in the Kazakhstani contest "Miss Khan Shatyr-2014." She was the second runner-up in the "Miss Bikini CIS-2013" contest, vice-miss Kyrgyzstan-2014, and the winner of Top Model Kyrgyzstan-2014.
- Tell us about your family.
- I live in Bishkek, but I often fly to Yekaterinburg, where my parents live. My father, Samidin, is an electrical engineer, and my mother, Daarigul, is a very versatile person - she is a florist, a cook, and an educator. My sister, Meerim, is also a florist but has a higher education and became a lawyer. My younger brother, Zholubai, is still in school.
- How did your parents react to your participation in the "Miss World" contest?
- They were very surprised when I won the "Miss Kyrgyzstan" contest. They learned about "Miss World" later. But they were not against my participation because I dreamed of this. And that dream has come true. I am very happy!
- Are you planning to get married anytime soon?
- No. I will get married if I'm invited. But one can pursue a career while being married.
- Participation in "Miss World" is an expensive affair. How much did your participation cost you?
- The entry fee is $16,000. I spent about $1,000 on the ticket and another $5,000 on outfits.
- Are you set on winning?
- Of course. I don't like to give up. Since I started this, I need to see it through.
