Like the opening of the awards, the event was held at the "Saltanat Palace" restaurant. Guests were welcomed with a red carpet, photographers, and a luxurious ethnic-style buffet provided by chefs and pastry chefs from leading capital restaurants and entertainment complexes. After having a bite to eat and chatting with acquaintances, as well as taking photos at the press wall, attendees proceeded to the second floor, where they took their seats according to their purchased tickets and invitations. The selection of nominees was quite strict. Some time before the ceremony, the organizers faced the issue of certain nominees attempting to manipulate the system by inflating votes, which was detected in time, and the extra votes were removed. International standard titles, participation in international competitions and exhibitions, possession of licenses, official franchises, the number of social media followers, and reviews from well-known clients added positive points to those nominees who tried to avoid manipulation but were left behind by more cunning competitors. As a result, the list of individuals in the top 3 and top 5 for each nomination turned out to be somewhat different from what was predicted. Ultimately, about 200 people and 50 companies from all service sectors of the republic made it to the list.
To avoid turning the evening into a boring and monotonous reading of lists, the announcement of nominees was interspersed with a show program presented by the evening's hosts, Bakyt Baisariev and Aigul Kurmanova. The evening was opened by the youngest students of the Higher School of Modeling under the auspices of WBC. To loud applause, they demonstrated their ability to walk the runway, unbothered by dozens of cameras and hundreds of unfamiliar adults, showcasing a collection of ethnic costumes from BAIRA by Tolgonai Kerimkulova. There was also a fashion show featuring adult models in elegant wedding and evening dresses from the Cosmobella salon. Additionally, stars of the Kyrgyz pop scene performed for the guests. The evening's program was curated in such a way that every viewer could find something to enjoy. For example, for classical music lovers, the Honored Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zamira Mavlyanova, performed "Adagio" by Lara Fabian and Ave Maria. For those who prefer romantic compositions, Erkin Mukashev performed, while for the youth, Jiydesh Idirisov, Mirbek Atabekov, and Aktan Isabaev sang, and the teams Flashpoint and Well be danced. Furthermore, some guests received commemorative gifts in a lottery from the event partners, with the ticket stub serving as a coupon. In short, all guests of the evening left with positive emotions.
Who among the nominees will become the "Most Fashionable" will be known in a month, in April.
Reference IA: "Most Fashionable Awards" is an international project of the World Beauty Congress, in which, according to the organizers' concept, about 50 countries can participate. The award aims to identify the best of the best in the fields of services, beauty, fashion, public life, culture, and art, as well as media. It is held in two stages. The "Open list" is the time when anyone can submit their application. Then, after all nominees are checked by the organizing committee for compliance with international quality standards, they are listed on the website and on the project's social media pages, where anyone can vote for them. The "Short-list" is then formed, consisting of three to five participants from each nomination who received the most votes. Finally, after evaluation by an international jury and the public, awards are presented to the most deserving in each nomination. The ceremony for selecting laureates and companies that hold leading positions in the service, beauty, fashion, and creative markets will be reflected with the approval of the senior board of directors of the "World Beauty Congress" in their media. The winner receives international recognition, a certificate, and is included in a catalog, becoming known beyond the republic.
