The hearings are taking place in the Kara-Suu District Court, however, the next session is scheduled for March 18 due to the absence of witnesses.

The investigation claims that since 2024, Saipidinov, together with several officials from the Savai ayil okmotu and the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, has been engaged in criminal activities aimed at obtaining material benefits.
It is also worth noting that Munarbek Saipidinov was detained in Russia and extradited to Kyrgyzstan on August 7, 2025. The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that his arrest was related to the illegal transfer of land plots in the Kara-Suu district into private hands. In this case, he has been charged under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (corruption), and the court has imposed a preventive measure in the form of detention.
Saipidinov served as the head of the Savai ayil okmotu in the Kara-Suu district from 2016 to 2020.
